Yeh I was inspired to buy it.  I was into 40K when I was a kid so am re-living my youth.

Was a bit dissapointed with the manual, very little lore in it, I seem to remember my 40k edition had lots of little snippets of information about the history and characters etc.  I guess you have to buy the army books for that.

Still, I got it to paint the miniatures and you get loads of em, so fair enough.

I got quite a few left to paint and I have also added a giant to the collection (which also needs painting..lol Cheesy) but as i said, when done ill post piccies up here.

Skulls Pass comes with something like that if i can remember, The 40k box set did come with a nice little story type book which doubled up as a guide.

I got it a while ago but im useless at painting..
I got a load of extra magasins with it when i bought it, history of the dwarfs and a catalogue of dwarf miniatures.

Hey anyone remember Blood Bowl?  Used to love that as a kid.  Thinking of buying again and teaching my kids how to play.

the pc games been out for years.  Theres two of them. "Blood Bowl" and then "Death Match"  Pretty adicitve too but once you get to the top there's not really much you can do.
