I have recently been told by Dracopal (thanks for all the help 'n' all ) to download guides as they help you level faster. The problem i've found is that most guides are crap! Sad The one thing i would like to do is level my character to at least 50 quite quickly ( at the moment i'm level 25. Half way there !! Cheesy ) So my question is does anyone know of any decent guides that aren't full of BS and that you can actually follow or if anyone knows any decent ways to level quickly.

The two top guides available on the dodgy (free) are Brian Kops for the alliance  and Joanna's for the Horde.
These are the good ones and as we are alliance i recommend using the interactive Brian Kopps guide.

I have also in the past used Zygore's guides....they were good but everynow and then it tells you to grind to the next lvl. You should never grind unless it's for a quest.

There is a collection of guide books out at the moment written by Nyhm.  This guy is a wow guru and if you can get hold of it then let me know.  But his guides cost about £30.

I am levelling using Zygor's alliance guide. On reaching level 60 I will post my time played using it. If someone has used another guide to reach 60 we can then compare them to get a rough idea which guide works faster.

Nyhm's guide is a fake.....do not get it.
It's a collection of all the other guides written in one...breaks all copyright laws and i don't really want to follow a guide written by a guy who got kicked out and banned from playing..lol

Time played to level 60 was 6d 21h.

Problems with the guide includes in places having to buy items from the ah which on our server is almost impossible.

I was pretty much ahead of the guide towards the end by a level and a half.

At no point did i have to grind,

Using any torrent downloading program...go to www.isohunt.com and search for "warcraft guides".
You'll see lots but theres a collection of guides thats about 75mb.  This has all the guides you'll ever need including gold making guides and grinding tips...as well as a few nifty cheats where blizzard have fucked up...probably fixed by now though.   And yes some of the guides are in-games...joanna's, Zygore's, Kopp's, Penn's and Gavin's.

I have been playing WoW with my 17 year old son and i cannot level up as fast as him  Roll Eyes  But since i got Joana's Leveling guide, i have been playing like any other 17 year olds play - and never felt better!  Good and always updated strategies.
